Welcome to the Voiceover Questionnaire Summer 2011.

This questionnaire is for Voiceover Panel Members only.  If you live in Middlesbrough and would like to join the panel please email consultationportal@middlesbrough.gov.uk

The questionnaire will ask for your opinions on Healthy Living, Local Areas, Council Services, Volunteering, Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour and Equality Monitoring.  (Please remember that by completing this questionnaire you could win a £50 gift card.)

In the supporting documents tab you will find the current Newsletter with feedback and information on past questionnaires.
